FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stands designed for testing test objects for the combined effects of dynamic loads, namely vibration and linear accelerations. The stand contains a base, a device installed on it, which ensures the rotation of the test object in a horizontal plane by means of a drive that rotates a vertical shaft, a device for creating vibrations of the test object in a horizontal plane using two vibration exciters, the movable table of the first of which is designed to accommodate the test object. A device that ensures the rotation of the test object in a horizontal plane, contains a carrier beam mounted on a vertical shaft, including a housing, in the guides of which two parallel rods are installed, at the ends of which a counterweight is installed on one side, on the other side, opposite to the counterweight, at a given distance each the first and second exciters of oscillations in the form of piezoelectric vibrators connected to a control device are installed sequentially from the edge of the rods, which ensure their operation in antiphase. The fixed bases of the vibration stands are rigidly fixed on the guides of the carrier beam, and elastic damping elements are uniformly installed between the movable table of the second vibration stand and the base of the first vibration stand.
EFFECT: increased service life, a decrease in vibration loads on the bearings of the rotation axis of the device.
