FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of sports and training equipment, and can be used to manufacture a training bar for weightlifters. The training device contains a handle, load chambers in the form of spheres at the ends of the handle, divided along the diametrical plane into two hemispheres connected by locks. Inside the hemispheres, a spherical open shell is formed and coaxially located from a set of segment elements connected by elastic bonds to the inner surface of the hemisphere, and a load core with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the spherical shell is freely placed inside the spherical shell.
EFFECT: enabling control of position of the bar in the longitudinal and transverse directions during the exercise.
