SUBSTANCE: method of roll or pitch control during transportation by a light or ultralight aircraft of a payload discharged by weight placed on the aircraft at a distance from its centre of gravity, measured in the absence of this load, consists of placing the load on the other side of the aircraft on a line passing through the projection line of the centre of gravity of this device and the projection line of the centre of gravity of the payload, at a distance from the centre of gravity of a light or ultralight aircraft to create a torque equal to the torque from the payload. When reducing the weight of the payload, the load is moved towards the projection line of the centre of gravity of the aircraft to ensure equality of torques. The control method in the second embodiment is characterized by the fact that the load is moved towards the payload in accordance with the function of equality of one linear unit of load movement to one weight unit of the unloaded payload. A light or ultra-light aircraft contains a fuselage, in the nose or tail section or on the side of which a compartment is formed or a container is fixed to accommodate a payload to be unloaded in portions or pieces during the flight, as well as a roll or pitch adjustment mechanism in accordance with the payload release algorithm from the bow or stern or along the side. The roll or pitch adjustment mechanism is made in form of an additional load placed under the fuselage on the projection line of the centre of gravity of the aircraft and mounted on the shaft with the possibility of moving in the direction of the compartment or container with the payload in accordance with the function of equality of one linear unit of movement of the additional load to one weight unit payload to be unloaded. A light or ultralight aircraft in the second embodiment is comprised of a body to which, at a distance from the projection line of the centre of gravity, a compartment or container is attached or on which a compartment or container is fixed to accommodate a payload to be unloaded in portions or piece by piece during the flight, as well as a mechanism for adjusting the roll or pitch in in accordance with the payload release algorithm. The roll adjustment mechanism is made in form of an additional load placed on the body at a distance from the projection line of the centre of gravity of this aircraft.
