FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing piston hydraulic cylinders. The test rig for piston hydraulic cylinders with energy recovery contains two mechanical circuits and two hydraulic circuits. The first hydraulic circuit includes hydraulic pump 5, the output of which is connected to the inlet of hydraulic distributor 7 and through safety valve 6 to hydraulic tank 8. The outputs of valve 7 are connected with the piston and rod cavities of first hydraulic cylinder 9, the rod of which is connected by means of first mechanical transmission 10 with the rod of second hydraulic cylinder 12, which is included in the second hydraulic circuit. The piston and rod cavities of second hydraulic cylinder 12 are hydraulically connected with the inlet and outlet of hydraulic motor 18 by means of four check valves 13, 14, 15, 16. The output of hydraulic motor 18 is connected to the drain line of hydraulic distributor 7 by a low-pressure hydraulic line that is in hydraulic communication with hydraulic tank 8. The input of hydraulic motor 18 is connected to the low-pressure hydraulic line through safety valve 17. The second mechanical circuit includes electric motor 1, the shaft of which is connected to the shaft of hydraulic pump 5 through second mechanical transmission 3. The shaft of hydraulic pump 5 is connected to the shaft of hydraulic motor 18 through mechanical transmission 20.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption during life tests.
