FIELD: hydraulic drives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing piston hydraulic cylinders and can be used at manufacturing plants of these hydraulic machines, at repair plants and at factories that use this type of hydraulic cylinders. A test bench for testing piston hydraulic cylinders, characterized by the content of two mechanical circuits and two hydraulic circuits, the first hydraulic circuit includes a hydraulic pump, the output of which is connected to the input of the first hydraulic distributor and through a safety valve to the hydraulic tank, the output lines of the first hydraulic distributor are connected respectively to the piston and rod cavities the first hydraulic cylinder, the rod of which is connected through the first mechanical transmission to the rod of the second hydraulic cylinder, which is included in the second hydraulic circuit, the piston and rod cavities of the second hydraulic cylinder are connected through lines to the outputs of the second hydraulic distributor, the input of which is connected to the input of the hydraulic motor, and its drain line is connected a low-pressure hydraulic line having a hydraulic connection with the hydraulic tank, with the drain line of the first hydraulic distributor, the output of the hydraulic motor is connected to the low-pressure hydraulic line and, through a check valve, to the inlet of the hydraulic motor, which, through a safety valve, is connected to the low-pressure hydraulic line. The second mechanical circuit includes an electric motor mounted on the shaft of a hydraulic pump, which is connected through the second mechanical transmission to the hydraulic motor shaft. Moreover, the stand is designed with the possibility of energy recovery.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption during testing of piston hydraulic cylinders.
