FIELD: viticulture.
SUBSTANCE: arched trellis for the vineyard is made in the form of serial, partially intersecting longitudinal support arcs of elastic rods installed at an angle and with offset of each arc relatively to the common longitudinal axis of the formed arched trellis, with longitudinal wires stretched and attached to arcs along the trellis axis in several tiers relatively to the ground level. As a result, a single stable two-plane arched trellis is formed for tying up grape vines, extension of which is adjusted with a number of arcs used.
EFFECT: provision of stability of an arched trellis, its universality, simplicity, and reliability of a structure, parameter mutability, quick erection, and durability when using it as a support for grape vines and other climbing plants.
