FIELD: confectionery.
SUBSTANCE: proposed composition for the preparation of a specialized product in the form of candies contains a sweetener, a plant extract, peppermint essential oil in an amount of 0.1 wt.% and purified water in an amount of 10.0 wt.%. Isomalt and erythritol are used as a sweetener at a mass ratio of 1:1. Use dry plant extract. To prepare the extract, the crushed raw materials of Aralia Manchurian Aralia elata, or Eleutherococcus senticosus Eleutherococcus senticosus, or Acanthopanax sessiliflorus are poured with 40% ethanol at a mass ratio of 1:1 and infused for 21 days. The resulting extract is separated by filtration, evaporated for 60 min and cooled to a temperature of 20-25°C. The ratio of components is, wt.%: isomalt - 30; erythritol - 30; dry plant extract - 29.9; essential oil of peppermint - 0.1; purified water - 10.
EFFECT: obtaining a specialized product in the form of dietary candies with acceptable organoleptic characteristics and containing biologically active substances.
