FIELD: production of mineral threads.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production lines for production of mineral, mainly glass and basalt, threads with an electrically conductive coating and can be used in factories for production of glass threads and products based on them. The technological line includes a melting and forming device with a bushing plate at the bottom, a lubricating device, a thread collector, a winding device for winding a thread on a thread carrier. The technological line is additionally equipped with devices for preliminary and final application of an electrically conductive coating on elementary fibres. The viscosity of the liquid electrically conductive coating being applied on the preliminary application device is less than that on the finishing device. The devices themselves are forced rotating frames made of rods installed along the diameter of two disks immersed in a bath with a liquid conductive coating of no more than 0.2 of the disk diameter. At least two devices for heat treatment of elementary fibres are installed at the outlet of devices for preliminary and final liquid application of electrically conductive coating. The device for heat treatment of elementary fibres, installed after the device for the final liquid application of an electrically conductive coating, must ensure that the moisture content of the thread with an electrically conductive coating is not more than 10% by at least four guiding elementary fibres along the production line, alternately installed after the roller sizing device, devices for preliminary and final liquid application of an electrically conductive coating and a device that provides heat treatment of elementary fibres installed after the device for preliminary liquid application of the electrically conductive coating.
EFFECT: increase of electrical conductivity of the threads and ensuring the uniform thickness of the electrically conductive coating layer along the length of the threads.
