FIELD: metallized glass filaments producing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a production line for producing metallized glass filaments from fibers made of thermoplastic material. The technological line includes a melting-forming device with a body, side walls and a die plate in the bottom, a melting unit and a deposit of low-melting metal, a winding device. The die plate is located in the bottom of the body, equipped with die nozzles and is located at an angle of 30-60 degrees with respect to the vertical axis of the cross-section of the body of the melting-forming device. The trajectory of movement of the fibers during operation is perpendicular to the plane of the die plate. The pitch between the spinnerets in the longitudinal direction of the spinneret in the bottom is within 5-10 mm, melting and deposition of low-melting metal on the fiber occurs in a thin layer of metal 0.5-5 mm thick, flowing from the melting unit and deposit of low-melting metal through the slot hole at the top of it. The melt layer has the shape of a hemisphere with stable edges in the longitudinal direction of the melting device and the deposition of low-melting metal. The length of the slotted hole is greater than 0.5 of the distance between the outermost nozzles of the die plate. The filament is formed in the yarn collector of the sizing device. The chemical composition in the form of an alcohol canin sizing agent applied to the drawn fiber on a sizing device with a yarn collector includes, by weight. %: rosin 2.15-2.45; debutyl sebacate 4.20-4.70; ethyl alcohol up to 100%.
EFFECT: obtaining metallized glass threads for their further processing into textiles with high technical performance.
