FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: audio output device consists of a vibrating speaker configured to generate a bone conduction sound wave; and an air conduction speaker configured to generate an air conduction sound wave. The vibrating speaker and the air conduction speaker are mechanically coupled in such a way that at least a portion of said bone conduction sound wave enters said air conduction speaker as an input signal. The air conduction sound wave is emitted in the mid and low frequency ranges. The bone conduction sound wave is emitted in the high frequency range and part of the midrange. The bone conduction sound wave is superimposed on the air conduction sound wave in such a way that the sound output of said audio output device at medium low frequencies is greater than the audio output of said sound output device at medium high frequencies. The device also contains a signal processing module configured to generate a control signal; the vibration speaker is connected to the signal processing module.
EFFECT: improvement of the effect of listening with open ears and reduction of sound leakage into the external environment.
