FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns sound output devices, a method for adjusting an imaginary source and a method for adjusting volume. The sound output device corrects the displacement of the imaginary sound source perceived by the user caused by differences in the mass of the first and second mechanical structures. In addition, the audio output device corrects the difference in volume between the first and second speakers caused by differences in the weight of the first mechanical structure and the second mechanical structure.
EFFECT: elimination of technical problems associated with differences in volume and displacement of the imaginary source caused by the uneven quality of the speakers on both sides of the bone conduction earphone.
