SUBSTANCE: device for mixing loose materials contains a belt conveyor with a drive, dispensers placed in series above the belt conveyor and a roller with elastic elements adjacent to the belt conveyor belt, equipped with a rotary motion drive, the elastic elements are installed at an inclination to the surface of the roller crosswise, a baffle element, an unloading device. Pyramidal ledges and depressions arranged in a checkerboard pattern are made on the surface of the baffle element, a cylinder is installed and configure for rotation around a horizontal axis in front of the roller, to the surface of which radial beaters and a vibrator are attached, and a shaft with parallel disks is installed above the driven drum of the belt conveyor.
