Above the disk, on the surface of which the elastic elements are placed, two drive drums are placed with parallel axes of rotation, located horizontally in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the guide drum, and flexible beaters are installed on the side surfaces of the drive drums, which are in contact with the inner walls of the mixing device housing, and the plate, made of elastic material, equipped with a reciprocating motion drive.
