FIELD: three-dimensional moulded products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional moulded product by layering the material. A feature of the method is that in order to form a layer (12) of a reverse shape, the first material (4) is placed in accordance with the geometric data on the base surface (3) and/or on the cured layer of the product material (1) located on it, so that the layer (12) has at least one cavity (13) on its surface facing away from the base surface (3) and is cured. To form the layer (16) of the moulded product, the cavity (13) is filled with the second material (5) so that the reverse shape is transferred to the layer (16) of the moulded product as a positive shape, and cured. The regions of the cured layer (12) of the inverse shape and/or the cured layer (16) of the product protruding above the area of the hardened layer (12) of the product located at a predetermined distance from the base surface (3) are removed by removing the material with chip removal. The above steps of the method are repeated at least once. Then, the reverse shaped layers (12) are brought into contact with the solvent in such a way that the cured first material (4) is dissolved in the solvent.
EFFECT: production of mechanically stable and load-bearing three-dimensional moulded products.
