SUBSTANCE: mechanization of livestock farms, in particular devices for removing manure from industrial buildings for industrialized livestock. The manure removal system in the livestock building for loose keeping of animals includes longitudinal conveyors with reversible electric drives, the working bodies of which are located in double or single longitudinal manure removal channels open or covered with gratings over the entire area of the stalls in the zone of free movement of animals. The system also includes transverse conveyors with reversible electric drives, the working bodies of which are placed in transverse channels located along the ends of double or single longitudinal channels below their level, and a control set containing a power circuit that alternately feeds the electric motors of the reversible electric drives of the conveyors, a logic control circuit. The system is equipped with non-contact sensors, each of which is fixedly mounted on each electric motor of the reversible electric drive from the side of the cooling blades, and a washer with blades, which is installed on the shaft of each electric motor with the possibility of rotation with it. The power circuit, which alternately feeds the electric motors of the reversible electric drives of the conveyors, is equipped with a variable frequency drive and is connected to a programmable logic controller, which is included in the control logic circuit, to start cleaning cycles per day and with the possibility of protecting the working bodies of the conveyors from freezing in the cold season, for which is connected to the inputs of the programmable logic controller own contactless sensor for each electric drive to count the pulses generated by the washer with blades during the rotation of the motor shaft during the movement of the working body. Moreover, the programmable logic controller is connected to the variable frequency drive and controls it, and also has the software ability to determine the location of the working bodies of each of the controlled reversible electric drives by counting the pulses of contactless sensors, taking into account the direction of movement forward and backward. The programmable logic controller is also installed with the ability to select one of the electric motors of the electric drives, which is connected/disconnected to the variable frequency drive at any time, for which the variable frequency drive is connected to the electric motors through contactors. Moreover, the signal to turn on the contactors is fed to the discrete inputs of the variable frequency drive, which excludes its operation at idle or when more than one electric motor is connected. The variable frequency drive is built into the power circuit and is connected via a digital interface or discrete control signals to a programmable logic controller, which, according to the pulse counting of contactless sensors of electric motors of reversible electric drives of each conveyor, has the ability to protect animals from being dragged by their working body in an open manure channel, as well as has the ability to correct the accumulated error when passing the distance by the working body located in the zone of guaranteed absence of the animal.

EFFECT: increasing operational reliability, improving the conditions for keeping animals, reducing the workload of personnel in terms of maintaining a livestock building and managing the manure removal process, and increasing the economic efficiency of using manure removal equipment.
