SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering, in particular to the field of energy-saving power supply systems and lighting control of production facilities and facilities, administrative, commercial, cultural and entertainment and sports buildings and structures with AC power supply, and can be used in three-phase supply networks, including for lighting of industrial zones, airports, warehouses, stadiums, parks, rooms with high humidity and explosive atmosphere. Device comprises luminaires with LED light sources, a LED lighting control system configured to programmatically control the level of illumination included in the power supply controller system, electric control cabinet with power sources, lamps with built-in controlled power supply of light-emitting diodes, set of power cables, control panel, interacting with it line driver, which interacts with control panel via digital communication line and executes commands related to control of level of illumination of line, it is equipped with local control device of limited number of lamps, each luminaire is equipped with a built-in luminaire heating temperature control sensor, light-emitting diodes in luminaires are connected in series, and luminaires with a built-in luminaire heating temperature control sensor are powered through a current sensor and a sensor for detecting the temperature control of the luminaire heating from the controlled current source - the operating light driver of the corresponding power and the unregulated current source - the safety low-power safety driver, wherein at least three such combined sources are mounted in an electrical lighting control cabinet, in which a control and display device is connected, connected by a digital communication link to an external control device and external sensors, at least with motion and illumination sensors, and over digital communication line through local control device realizes preset lighting mode of industrial premises and collecting primary information on working capacity and technical state of lighting system, namely, current and temperature of light-emitting diodes of lamps, as well as a lighting network insulation monitoring sensor, an emergency lighting supply voltage sensor and a working voltage drivers direct current supply voltage sensor, which is connected to the three-phase rectifier output, connected to it capacitive filter of higher harmonics and element of protection against pulse interferences of supply network, and input of three-phase rectifier through matching transformer and switching element is connected to three-phase supply mains.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of functional and service capabilities.
