SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for managing the collection of self-service machines (SSM), and more specifically to a method and system for collecting recycling SSM. The claimed technical result in one of the preferred implementation options is achieved through a method of collection of self-service recycling machines (SSM) through a customer service module, containing the steps at which: the collector is authorized on the SSM, in which the SSM reads the identifier of the collector and sends it for verification to the processing center; in response to a successful verification procedure, a request is generated in the processing center to the banking system to confirm the collection procedure; transmitting a request for confirmation of collection from the banking system to the mobile device of the collector; receive with the help of the SSM processor confirmation of the request for collection, transferred to the collector, form data on the status of the availability of funds in the SSM and transmit the received data to the processing center; perform in the processing center a comparison of the status of cash funds in the SSM with information about the funds issued to the collector, and generate a collection execution instruction that contains data: on the type of collection, the denomination of the funds, the numbers of the SSM cassettes for collection and the number of banknotes; transmitting the generated instruction to the SSM, which in response activates the client service module to perform receiving funds for their direction to the SSM cassette or issuance of funds from the SSM cassette.

EFFECT: increased speed and simplification of the collection procedure for self-service recycling devices.
