FIELD: radio electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: performance monitoring and troubleshooting of radio electronic equipment (REE). The method uses test effects on the REE with further verification of its output signals and their comparison with reference signals, while the verification is carried out using a bench device and a personal electronic computer, in the memory of which the commands for controlling the bench device and tasks for checking various REE parameters are preliminarily entered. The commands required for the type of measuring instrument used during the current check of the type are retrieved from the command base contained in the memory of the personal electronic computer, in accordance with the preset file that specifies the type of measuring instruments used in the bench device.
EFFECT: creation of a unified method for automated performance monitoring and troubleshooting of various REE types using the principle of an open architecture, which makes it possible to use only standard MI and quickly replace (reconfigure) any MI from the bench.
