For this purpose, remote control of communication equipment technical condition is carried out by automated monitoring, diagnostic and forecasting system, and also time of communication interruption is reduced by means of switching functions of communication equipment failed sets to standby or by remote backup of failed sets basic functions of communication equipment, as well as functions switching of communication equipment sets that may fail, to standby, or remote backup of basic functions of communication equipment kits that may fail.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is to increase reliability of determining technical condition of communication equipment and to improve communication timeliness.
