THREE PHASE INVERTER VOLTAGE STABILIZER Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC H02M5/12

Abstract RU 2797578 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as an output stabilizer for powerful inverters that provide AC consumers with a stabilized, sinusoidal and symmetrical three-phase voltage. The stabilizer comprises a ferrimagnetic system comprising an external core in the form of a hollow cylinder with grooves located on its inner part, in which the primary winding, a compensating winding and a secondary winding are located in each phase, and an inner core coaxial to it, made in the form of a cylinder with grooves, in which are placed stabilizing winding and filter winding, while the primary winding is connected in series with the stabilizing winding, and the free outputs of these windings are connected to the diagonals of the corresponding single-phase bridge inverter; secondary windings are connected in a star pattern, and their free outputs are connected to the terminals for connecting the load; compensating and filtering windings are connected in series, and their free outputs are connected to a capacitor; an air gap is made between said cores, the value of which is determined by process considerations. Instead of three conventional cores, one annular core is made, and instead of six throttles, the cores of which are equipped with an air gap, one solid structure is also made, which allows the system to function on the basis of a circular rotating magnetic field, instead of a pulsating field. Given that the mass and dimensions of steel depend on power, the combined cores have a smaller mass and dimensions by about 16…20% compared to nine cores.

EFFECT: stabilizer becomes compact, with increased efficiency, with symmetrical, sinusoidal and stabilized voltage.
