SUBSTANCE: devices used in ventilation systems, in particular flush-mounted linear air distribution units. The use of a turbulence reducing hexagonal mesh diffuser as part of a linear diffuser makes it possible to obtain the effect of turbulence reduction and ordering of flat supply air jets. The claimed technical result is achieved through the use of a special fixation unit for a turbulence reducing hexagonal mesh diffuser equipped with a polymer damper, which solves the existing problem of the occurrence of noise and vibration of the structure under operational loads. An additional effect of the present invention is the use of frame load-bearing elements in the form of special lamella-bridges, having a triangular profile in cross section with the apex facing downstream, which is a more aerodynamically advantageous option in contrast to standard orthogonal cross-section bars, and the use of special grooves for fastening power lamellas-jumpers using standard threaded products with a more complete contact area of the head of the self-tapping screw or bolt, and the head is seated flush.
EFFECT: significant reduction in noise and vibration of the structure under operational loads.
