FIELD: ventilation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation equipment, in particular to primary air supply systems using diffuser-type slotted air distribution devices mounted flush with ceiling panels in the ceiling area, and can be used in such premises as medical laboratories and operating rooms. Air distribution unit of slot ventilation system of concealed mounting comprises moulded shaped case of air receiver from sheet metal with branch pipe of flowing air supply and with linear slot diffuser. Linear slot diffuser is formed by power bridges-lamellae and orthogonal profiles with internal stiffeners. Air distribution unit includes air distribution plate with aerodynamic profile and slotted angles for abutment to ceiling coating. Orthogonal profiles have identical angular cross-sections and are made with holes and with monolithic fastening protrusions for connection with power bridges-lamellae. Bridges-lamellae have triangular cross-section, which reduces gas-dynamic losses during air flow, and retainers for connection with air distribution plate. Slotted angles are made in the form of walls of a slot hole to create a flat jet and are installed on side longitudinal surfaces of orthogonal angular profiles oriented towards each other.
EFFECT: improvement of quality parameters of flow of flowing air in ventilation system of concealed installation in medical institutions, including in laboratories and operating rooms, as well as in premises of domestic, commercial and other use.
