FIELD: automobile pneumatic passenger tires of radial design.
SUBSTANCE: maximum load of the tires does not exceed 925 kg. The tire consists of a tread, a carcass made of textile cords, sidewalls, a rubberized breaker bracelet consisting of one or two textile layers and two layers of rubberized metal cord, a sealing layer and a technological layer, as well as a side part, which in turn consists of bead rings obtained by assembling individual rubber-coated bronzed wires of 0.965 BP grade. The tire is distinguished by the assembly of bead rings from individual bronzed wires into a strand with a step exactly in the centre, with heating and rubberizing the wire in the insulating head of the pin extruder, making the bead ring from high-strength wire of the same diameter of 0.965±0.03 mm, linear density of 5.73±0.37 g/m, breaking load not less than 1535 N, with bronze coating, weight of 0.5±0.2 g/kg and mass fraction of tin in bronze coating of 1.25±0.75%, with the bond strength of the wire with the industrial rubber compound of at least 175 N/12.5 mm.
EFFECT: increased strength of the tire.
