FIELD: tires.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automotive pneumatic tires of radial structure. Pneumatic radial high-speed tire consists of tread, rubberized breaker band consisting of two layers of rubberized metal cord and one or two shielding layers, sidewalls, bead fenders consisting of bead ring and filling cord, carcass. Frame is made of one layer of rubberized metal cord having radial direction of threads, duplicated layers of sealing layer and process layer. Sidewalls are made of rubber mixture of sidewall and rubber mixture of bead tape.
EFFECT: reduction of hysteresis losses in carcass part of light truck tires, increased elasticity of carcass cloth and tire circumferential rigidity, reduction of maximum temperature of rolling tire, increased durability of the rubberized carcass part at mechanical damages of the tire, increased overall operability of the tire.
