SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at any production or construction sites for automatic security control of the guard mode. The technical result is to accelerate the process of processing video information to detect the level of threat and predict the development of events. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the claimed solution provides for recurrent and convolutional neural networks that provide processing of the video stream from the video camera of the monitoring terminal, while processing the video stream using a video stream primary processing module for primary recognition of the quality and characteristics of the video, an archiving module for saving and filtering video data, an identification module for processing information by type of object, a reference information storage module, a logging and prediction module for storing events with an assigned threat level and forecasting the development of events.
EFFECT: accelerating the process of processing video information to detect the level of threat and predict the development of events.
