SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology, and more specifically to a sanitary control system based on video analytics. The sanitary control system contains a video camera for recognizing actions, a user identification module, a hand movement detection module, a soap usage detection module, a central computing device and a feedback module. In one embodiment, the proposed system may also comprise a face recognition video camera connected to a user identification module. Also, in another embodiment, the proposed system further comprises a disinfection detector. A video camera for recognizing actions is connected to the input of the central computing device through a parallel-connected module for detecting hand movements and a module for detecting the use of soap. The face recognition video camera through the user identification module is connected to another input of the central computing device, the output of which is connected to the feedback module. The feedback module includes at least one of the following elements: an LED indicator, an information display device and/or a Telegram bot module.

EFFECT: invention increases system performance and speed of the recognition process.
