SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for dry cleaning of the inner side walls and bottoms of gondola cars from the remains of various goods, snow, dust and other contaminants. The device for cleaning gondola cars includes a brush cleaner (1), consisting of a frame (2), vertical (6) and horizontal (5) brush shafts, each of which is made with a hydraulic motor, suction and irrigation systems (7), built into the cleaning device and attached to its frame (2). The irrigation system consists of hydraulic accumulators, spray nozzles and connecting pipelines. The suction system for swept residues from previously transported cargo consists of an intake pipe that performs a reciprocating rotational movement in the zone of formation of the sweepings between the side brush shafts, and the main pipeline. The dust extraction system consists of an exhaust hood fixed in the zone of intensive dusting between the side brush shafts and the main pipeline. Vacuum-suction installation can be built into the cleaning device and fixed on its frame or made external or stationary, or mounted on a movable carrier.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of cleaning gondola cars from the remnants of previously transported goods and snow by combining in one device the functions of collecting and removing estimates - residues from the transported goods, as well as aspiration/wetting of dust while ensuring environmental friendliness of such works.
