SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for uranium extraction from sulfuric acid solutions of underground leaching, characterized by low temperature, which is due to climatic conditions and the peculiarity of the location of ore deposits. Extraction of uranium from sulfuric acid solutions of underground leaching characterized by low temperature 6-10° C includes sorption of uranium using anion exchangers. As a sorbent in the sorption operation, a strongly basic gel anion exchange resin is used, a 4-vinylpyridine copolymer containing two types of ionogenic groups: N-methylpyridinium nitrogen and para-substituted pyridine nitrogen.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the volume of loading of the ion-exchange resin, reduce the consumption of regenerating solutions, increase the efficiency of the sorption process and increase the productivity of the finished product.
