FIELD: testing gas turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used primarily in systems for automated testing of the gas generator of a turbojet bypass engine. A bench for testing the gas generator of the created bypass turbojet engine comprising a technological bypass engine without mixing the flows of the low and high pressure circuits, the first air duct, the second air duct with a damper, the low pressure circuit of the process engine is connected to the inlet of the first air duct and to the inlet of the second air duct, while the output of the first of the air duct is connected to the inlet of the gas generator under test, the outlet of the second air duct is connected to the bench exhaust device, and the damper of the second air duct provides a change in the thermodynamic parameters of the air flow (flow rate, pressure and temperature of the air) supplied to the inlet of the tested gas generator by regulating the air flow from the second air duct to the bench device exhaust, is additionally equipped with an electronic control unit containing built-in thermogasdynamic models of the created bypass turbojet engine and technological bypass turbojet engine, the input parameters of the electronic control unit are the parameters of the created bypass turbojet engine and the technological bypass turbojet engine, and the output parameters are the specified operating conditions of the technological bypass turbojet engine and the position of the damper of the second air duct.
EFFECT: automation of testing the gas generator created by the bypass turbojet engine, reducing the cost of creating and maintaining the test bench.
