FIELD: weaving.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of weaving egg-shaped tops with beads is distinguished by its simplicity, which eliminates the difficulties inherent in existing methods associated with weaving the tops (poles) of the shell or its model, fixing the thread at any point on its surface, calculating the number of bead elements and their arrangement patterns. The method can be extended to convex and flat models made of various soft materials (mounting foams, soft wood, such as cork, etc.), allowing easy penetration into the model with a pointed rod of the desired diameter, which opens up opportunities for making many crafts: souvenirs, toys, paintings, etc.
EFFECT: method is available for people of different ages and can be performed at home and in places of temporary residence, in arts and craft groups, etc.
