SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of modeling N-nitroso-N-methylurea-induced breast cancer in rats against the background of chronic hyperestrogenemia. A method of modeling N-nitroso-N-methylurea-induced breast cancer in rats against the background of chronic hyperestrogenemia including the administration of N-nitroso-N-methylurea to Wistar rats, characterized by the following: at the first stage, 0.5 ml of an oil solution of sinestrol, at a concentration of 20 mg/ml is injected intramuscularly in the lower limb of adult mature virgin female Wistar rats, 1 time per week for a month, then, 2 weeks after the last injection of the estrogen solution, 0.5 ml of a 0.02% solution N-nitroso-N-methylurea are injected in the base of the inguinal mammary glands, mainly in the projection of the nipple-areolar region of the animals, once a week for 6 weeks.
EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to simulate experimental breast cancer in rats, morphogenetically as close as possible to human-type cancer, against the background of pre-existing dyshormonal pathology of the breast and chronic hyperestrogenemia.
