SUBSTANCE: antibody is proposed that binds to CDH6 and has the ability to internalize. Also conjugates of the specified antibody and a drug that have antitumor activity are proposed. In addition, the invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing an antibody-drug conjugate used to treat or diagnose a tumor, a method of treating a tumor using an antibody-drug conjugate, or a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: increased ability of the antibody to internalize into cells expressing CDH6, which allows its use as an antibody for ADC.
