FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of gas-burning equipment for BelAZ-75131 dump truck comprises a tank for liquefied natural gas, a box for the gas fuel supply control system, a control board, a power supply unit, a pipeline securing bracket, pipelines, a set of electrical cables and converters, and mounting brackets for securing the LNG tank. The LNG tank includes a body with an LNG vessel located on the inside thereof. Method for installing a set of gas-burning equipment consists in clearing space on the right side of the dump truck between the rear and front wheels thereof for the installation of an LNG tank. The mounting brackets for securing the LNG tank are secured and the LNG tank is installed on the cleared space on the dump truck frame. The box for the gas fuel supply control system is secured on the frame on the right side of the dump truck. The control board and the power supply unit are installed inside the dump truck cabin.
EFFECT: simplified process of installation of gas-burning equipment on BelAZ-75131 dump truck.
