SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for synchronized remote measurements of the parameters of electrical network operation modes at several points simultaneously. A measuring complex for time-synchronized measurements of the parameters of electrical network operation modes comprises removable current sensors with a current-to-voltage converter, a data recording unit, a real-time clock unit, voltage sensors, microcontrollers, a display and alarm unit, according to the invention, comprises six measuring units installed in the investigated transmission line. Each unit contains a microcontroller, four voltage and current sensors with a current-to-voltage converter, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the microcontroller, a real-time clock unit, a data recording unit and a built-in communication facility that transmits data via a communication channel to the central unit with data referenced to astronomical time.

EFFECT: increased functionality and expansion of the field of application due to the possibility of synchronized measurements of the parameters of the electrical network operating modes simultaneously in several points and measurements of voltage and current in the neutral wire of five-wire lines.
