FIELD: electronic measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic measuring equipment and automation of electrical networks, in particular to the field of ensuring the observability and controllability of electrical networks, and can be used for synchronized remote measurements of the parameters of the operating modes of an electrical network at several points simultaneously and for controlling electrical network loads. The proposed complex for monitoring and controlling electrical loads is equipped with six measuring units installed in the power line under study, each of which contains a microcontroller, three voltage and current sensors with a current-to-voltage converter, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the microcontroller, a real-time clock unit, a data records, a control unit and a built-in communication facility that transmits data via a communication channel to the central unit with data referenced to astronomical time and receives control commands from the central unit.
EFFECT: providing a mobile synchronized measurement of the parameters of the operating modes of the electrical network under study at several points simultaneously, recording the consumed electricity at these points, archiving the measured values and transmitting all measured data to a central unit remote from the measurement site, which also allows to detect theft of electricity, identify sections of power lines with increased losses of electricity and voltage losses, identify sections of the network with insufficient bandwidth, identify sections of the network with deviations in the quality of electricity, identify asymmetry in the network, check the compliance of the power consumed by subscribers with contractual conditions, clarify the correct choice of wires and cables.
