SUBSTANCE: microwave-convective continuous-flow hop-kiln with metal-dielectric resonators is characterized by the fact that the device is equipped with cylindrical open non-ferromagnetic resonators with closed non-ferromagnetic bases, the side surface of which is presented in the form of two equal parts, joined together in a vertical plane, forming a slot between the cylindrical parts in the form of channel for moving raw materials, while ceramic mirrors and perforated fluoroplastic cellular drums are coaxially located in the resonators, and the drums are installed with the ability to control the speed and are made in the form of a solid fluoroplastic cylinder with a diameter that is a multiple of half the wavelength, perforated fluoroplastic partitions are evenly installed along the side surface of the drums more than a quarter of a wave thick, while non-ferromagnetic air ducts from the corresponding heat guns are attached from one end of each metal-dielectric resonator, and non-ferromagnetic air vents are installed from the other end, while air-cooled magnetrons are attached to the side surfaces of each metal-dielectric resonator, so that the emitters are directed through ceramic mirrors in their respective volumes.

EFFECT: reducing specific energy costs while maintaining consumer characteristics of dried hops.
