FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hop farming. The continuous-flow hop dryer with endogenous-convective heating sources is characterized by the fact that it contains resonators sequentially docked in a horizontal plane with concave side surfaces and dielectric convex perforated common bases and generators operating at close permitted frequencies of the ultrahigh frequency range, with a maximum frequency of 2450 MHz, moreover, to a resonator made in the form of a hyperboloid, concave paraboloids-resonators are docked on both sides, forming a drying chamber, at the same time, the diameters of the resonator bases and their lengths are multiples of half the wave of the generator with the maximum frequency, while along the drying chamber, inside a U-shaped radio-transparent limiter rigidly fixed to its body, a working branch of a mesh radio-transparent conveyor is laid, and its idle branch with an electric drive is located outside the drying chamber, and to the joint on one side of the base a hyperboloid resonator with a paraboloid resonator, on the lower side of the drying chamber, an evanescent waveguide/air duct is attached with a flap, where a heat gun is attached, and to the junction on the other side of the base of the hyperboloid resonator with another paraboloid resonator, on the upper side of the drying chamber, an evanescent waveguide/air duct is attached, while air-cooled magnetrons are located along the perimeter of the bases of both paraboloids resonators and along the perimeter of the circumference of the small diameter of the hyperboloid resonator with a shift of 120 degrees, the emitters of which excite the fields of close frequencies in each resonator, and the vertices of both resonator paraboloids are truncated at the level of the critical section and have holes with a width for the passage of the working branch of the conveyor with raw materials, but the height is no more than half the wavelength of the generator with the maximum frequency.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve the consumer characteristics of dried hops while improving its microbiological parameters.
