FIELD: spacecraft.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-sized research space vehicles designed to search for and collect low-temperature nano-sized objects of extra-terrestrial origin in cosmic dust structures in the vicinity of planetary libration points. The binary spacecraft comprises two cylindrical bodies, telescopic rods, four multi-vector matrix rocket engines with undulating cylindrical surfaces, a tape substrate with a screen-vacuum heat-insulating layer with solar cells and microcontainers for collecting low-temperature objects using electric and electromagnetic fields and storing them in a low-temperature environment. Microcontainers are sealed using microgranules of hot-melt adhesive doped with superparamagnetic nanoparticles. Low-temperature nano-objects are cooled with film thermoelectric cooling modules.
EFFECT: possibility of search, collection and storage of low-temperature extra-terrestrial nano-objects in the vicinity of libration points of planets of the Solar system.
