SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of acute and chronic inflammatory, allergic, post-traumatic, atrophic and hypertrophic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract. Pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of acute and chronic inflammatory, allergic, post-traumatic, atrophic and hypertrophic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, characterized by containing alcohol tinctures of Tartarus stibiatus, Hepar sulfur, Euphrasia officinalis, Allium sulfur and Arnica montana and an alcohol solution of Apis mellifica mixed with a physiologically acceptable carrier, wherein the alcoholic tinctures of Euphrasia officinalis, Allium sulfur, Arnica montana, Tartarus stibiatus and Hepar sulfur are homeopathic alcoholic tinctures with dilutions, independently in each case from D3 to C30, and the alcoholic solution of Apis mellifica is a homeopathic alcohol solution with dilution from D3 to C30. The above pharmaceutical composition is used for the treatment or prevention of acute and chronic inflammatory, allergic, post-traumatic, atrophic and hypertrophic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract.
