FIELD: movable folding buildings. SUBSTANCE: movable building or a similar room volume has a central structure that has a floor, roof, front and rear end walls and side walls, and that can be unfolded at least in one direction. The lower edge of the side wall is hinge-joined to the most remote section of at least two folding sections of the floor, of which the most interior section is hinge-joined to the lower edge of the central structure. The upper edge of the side wall is hinge-joined to the most remote section of at least two folding sections of the roof, of which the most interior section is hinge-joined to the upper edge of the central structure. The front and rear walls are hinge- joined to the central structure and made for turning outside and fixing in this position around the edges of the floor sections and roof sections. The hinge joint of the most exterior roof section on the upper edge of the side wall is positioned higher than the hinge joined of the most interior roof section on the upper edge of the central structure; the folded roof sections in the unfolded position are laid over the roof the central structure, and the central structure has at least two parallel girders with supports on the ground, which project in the direction of unfolding of the central structure and serve as a support for the side wall.
