FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to systems for water treatment and purification of water for use as a liquid dielectric in accelerator modules of an electrophysical installation, in particular to a technique for separating gas from a stream of ultrapure water. The method includes accumulating pretreated water in a storage tank, organizing water circulation by means of controlled shut-off valves in a closed circuit along water mains, carrying out degassing and deionization of water coming from working volumes. Water is supplied from working volumes to at least one storage tank included in the water circulation circuit from above to ensure the degassing process and subsequent gas collection in the upper part of the storage tank with further bleeding using a shut-off valve installed in the storage tank body. From the bottom of the storage tank, degassed water is pumped out by pumps to the deionization modules to return it to the working volumes. The level of water intake in the storage tank is located below the accumulated water in it. The water flow control of the storage tank is carried out by controlled shut-off valves of the distribution unit located at the outlet of the lower part of the storage tank.

EFFECT: simplification and cheapening of the technological process and/or reduction of time and labor costs for the water treatment system while maintaining the quality of the resulting deionized water with the required electrical resistivity at the output.
