FIELD: vibrotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used in mining, in the construction industry for moulding concrete mixes, as a drive for vibratory feeders, etc. The pneumatic vibrator includes a housing made in the form of upper and lower plates fastened with posts, between which there is a striker, an adjusting nut, a supply valve with air supply holes, the seat of which is mounted in the striker, a membrane with a central hole covering the outer surface of the supply valve seat, a sealant, fixed on the upper plate of the body, the exhaust compressed air valve, fixed on the periphery of the striker and adapted for interacting with the surfaces of the sealer and the striker facing it, while the lower plate of the body, the feed valve and the membrane form a direct-stroke chamber, and the striker and the exhaust valve of the exhaust compressed air form a reverse chamber, moreover, an elastic limiter is installed on the striker, above the membrane, whereas the supply valve with air supply holes is installed in the adjusting nut for free axial movement between its shoulders and the stop rigidly connected to it. A guide axle is installed through the pneumatic vibrator perpendicular to the upper and lower plates of the housing, the end of which is rigidly fixed in the centre of the upper plate of the housing, whereas the striker is equipped with a guide bushing with air supply holes communicating with the axial channel of the feed valve seat.
EFFECT: expansion of process capabilities and increase in the efficiency of the pneumatic vibrator due to the creation of a rigid kinematic connection between the striker and the housing.
