FIELD: cylindrical hoppers.
SUBSTANCE: cylindrical hopper for storage of agricultural products comprises a foundation with a floor and a pad, a side wall installed on it and a cover. In the foundation below the floor, a through central and connecting channels are made. The through channel runs along the entire length of the foundation diameter, the connecting channels run around the foundation and cross the through channel at two points. A central conveyor is installed in the through channel, extending beyond the foundation, with which the conveyors installed in the connecting channels are connected at two points. The central conveyor and conveyors are connected to funnels made in the foundation floor along the through channel and at a distance from each other in places shifted in the radial direction from the through channel, respectively. Aeration channels are equipped in the floor along the perimeter of the foundation, metal gratings are installed on top of them. An unloading hatch with a vertical valve is mounted in the side wall above the through channel. The hatch communicates with the central conveyor by means of a gravity flow rigidly fixed to the side wall and the central conveyor.
EFFECT: reduced labor costs during emergency unloading.
