SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cleaning device for cleaning floors, a mop for cleaning floors, and also to a cleaning system for cleaning floors. The cleaning device for cleaning floors includes a cleaning plate with a central element, which is pivotally connected to the handle, as well as to the first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flap. The first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flap are pivotally attached to the central element. The first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flap are rotatable between a washing position in which the first pivoting flap is adjacent to the first main side of the central element and the second pivoting flap is adjacent to the second main side of the central element, and a receiving position in which the first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flaps hang from the central element. The central element is provided with blocking means to block the first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flap in the washing position. On the edges of the first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flap spaced from the central element, positive locking elements are located for receiving a positively locking mop. The positive locking elements of the first pivoting flap and the second pivoting flap engage in the washing position with the blocking means of the central element.
