SUBSTANCE: use of an extract of Lespedeza capitata obtained after extraction with a water-alcohol mixture or alkyl esters, for the treatment or prevention of alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, erythema of the scalp, seborrhea of the scalp, and combinations thereof are disclosed. Also the use of an extract of Lespedeza capitata and a dermatological composition for the treatment or prevention of androgenetic alopecia, reactive alopecia, postmenopausal alopecia and aerated alopecia, the use of a cosmetic composition for hair and/or scalp care, the use of a dermatological composition for the treatment or prevention of alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp skin, scalp erythema, scalp seborrhea, and combinations thereof are disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides treatment and prevention of alopecia and/or seborrhea of the scalp.
