FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: equipment for the extraction of hypericum used in the food industry in the production of flour culinary and bakery products. A distinctive feature of the direct-flow screw extractor is that the housing is divided by a partition of rods into a pre-extraction chamber and an extraction chamber with ultrasound. The housing is equipped with a steam jacket with a branch pipe for supplying water vapor and a branch pipe for draining condensate water vapor. The perforated section and the hollow extract collector enclosing it are made in the form of a cone. A hollow screw with wound spiraling is located in the preliminary extraction chamber and inside it passes a hollow shaft with a working body in the form of blades fixed along a helical line, which is located in the extraction chamber with ultrasound. The hollow screw in the pre-extraction chamber and the hollow shaft in the ultrasonic extraction chamber are provided with holes. The hollow shaft on the perforated section passes into a conical screw. The hollow shaft drive includes a V-belt drive, and the hollow screw drive includes a gear system with the ability to control the speed of the hollow shaft and the hollow screw independently of each other.
