FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: continuous extractor has cylindrical extracting sections arranged in layers and connected in succession and vertical discharge section of housing, drive augers positioned in sections, charging hopper positioned at inlet of upper extraction section, oil cake discharge branch pipe positioned in upper part of discharge section, extract supply branch pipe communicated with discharge section and positioned below oil cake discharge branch pipe, miscella discharge branch pipe communicated with lower part of hopper and branch pipes for supplying steam into each extraction section. Each section is provided with perforated drum, which is mounted within section to define annular chamber communicated with steam supply branch pipe. Drum is rotated by drive in direction opposite to auger. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
