SUBSTANCE: use of Saccharomyces cerevisiae active yeast obtained from a strain selected from the strains deposited in CNCM, respectively under the numbers I-5128 and I-5131 adapted to a weak organic acid, as probiotics for poultry.
EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the arsenal of means for improving the zootechnical indicators of poultry: growth, weight gain and feed conversion.
