FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in production of fodders for farm animals and birds. The cellulose containing substrate is represented by beet pulp or juices and wines production waste (i.e. refuses) milled into particles sized so that: remainder on the sieve is 2.0 no more than 15%, one adds to the substrate a preliminarily produced yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) autolysate in an amount of 2.5-8.5 wt % per 1 t of the dry product and process water till moisture content is 18-47%, one proceeds with pasteurisation of the mixture at a temperature of 80°C during 2-2.5 h, cooling to a temperature of 48-50°C, then one performs fermentative treatment of the substrate with a cellulolytic enzyme during 2.5-4 h at a temperature of 48-50°C, dries it till the mixture moisture content is 8-12% at a temperature no higher than 85°C and adds to the produced mixture 15-45 wt % of Ferm KM probiotic fodder additive for farm animals. The fodder additive is produced by way of separate in-depth cultivation of strains Bacillus subtilis VKPM V-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM V-2984, Bacillus subtilis VKPM V-4099 and Bacillus licheniformis VKPM V-4162 and subsequent solid state cultivation of Bacillus subtilis liquid cultures based on beet pulp and wheat bran and drying till moisture content is 8-10%. Bacillus licheniformis VKPM V-4162 liquid culture is immediately mixed with beet pulp and dried. Then the dried cultures are mixed and milled till a homogeneous product formation.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of activity display in deactivation of many mycotoxins, enhancement of animals and birds productivity due to fodder digestibility, fodder conversion increase by 10% and intensification of metabolic processes in the organism, livestock liveability enhancement.
