FIELD: manufacturing disposable containers
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a disposable cup for hot drinks. According to the method, the cup is made in the form of a container closed with a bottom in the form of a truncated cone, in which the upper diameter is greater than the lower one, whereas the walls of the cup are made of cardboard laminated on at least one side, according to the invention, an internal partition is made, which is laminated with at least on one side, the cardboard is bent in the shape of a container in the form of a truncated cone, the connecting seam is soldered so that the edges of the seam are impermeable to liquid, the resulting cardboard bent in the shape of the container is connected to the bottom of the partition, made of cardboard laminated on at least one side, the bottom of the partition is stamped with perforation over the entire area of the bottom of the partition and an internal partition is obtained with edge parts above and below the bottom of the partition, the partition is fixed inside the cup until it fully adheres to its walls, forming a closed volume of the container for brewing the contents.
EFFECT: reduced time of preparation of the drink, as well as to increased consumer properties of the container, which consists in the manufacture of the container itself by combining a disposable cup and brewing the contents as a whole, as well as the use of an intermediate partition for preparing a drink, depending on the consumer wishes, not requiring special methods of fixing it.
